美國安局　監控墨前總統與法國千萬通電話

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】外媒近日爆料，美國國安局（NSA）曾秘密錄下法國國內數千萬通電話內容，還駭進墨西哥前總統卡德隆的電子郵件帳戶。法國與墨西哥同聲對國安局作法表示不滿，要求華盛頓當局儘速提出解釋。
 
法國《世界報》網站，昨引述美政府監控計畫揭發者史諾登（Edward Snowden）提供的文件，披露國安局在去年12月10日至今年1月8日間，對法國境內7030萬通電話進行錄音。

德國周刊也根據史諾登文件稱，國安局曾經進行諜報行動，入侵墨西哥政府的「總統」（presidencia）網域，監視該國前總統卡德隆（Felipe Calderon）的電子郵件。
