http://chinese.joins.com/big5/article.do?method=detail&art_id=110663 第一毛織完成了對德國OLED企業的收購 正式開展原材料事業 金榮旼 記者 2013.10.21 14:06 第一毛織完成了對在OLED領域擁有核心技術的德國企業“Novaled”的收購。第一毛織10月 20日表示，19日在德國德纍斯頓舉行了由第一毛織代表理事朴鍾佑、Novaled首席執行官 Gildas Sorin等兩家公司100多名高層參加的“Novaled成立儀式”，決定把Novaled編入為 三星集團的分公司。 　 今年8月，第一毛織與三星電子共同投資3455億韓元收購了Novaled。第一毛織從2005年開 始就在進行OLED開發，去年年底表示將把母體事業-服裝讓給愛寶樂園，宣布將改變事業 路線，把公司打造成原料專門企業。 　 Novaled的碩博級以上研發人員占整體員工的60%以上，僅申請的專利數就多達530多件， 特別是在可最大化提高OLED效能的添加劑（dopant）技術方面處於全球領先地位。朴鍾佑 社長在成立儀式上表示“Novaled的OLED技術能力將在第一毛織的尖端原料事業中發揮重 要作用”，“為了開發引領全球趨勢的產品，我們會不惜一切投資和提供支援”。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.170.224
