眾多企業關閉 辛國失業嚴重

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡21日專電）根據辛巴威國家社會安全保障管理局最新報告顯示，過去兩年在首都哈拉雷已經有700多家企業關門倒閉，造成8000多人失業。

南非新聞網站「時報即時消息」（Times LIVE）今天報導引述2013年國家社會安全保障管理局（NationalSocial Security Authority，NSSA）調查報告顯示，自2011年7月至2013年7月，首都哈拉雷（Harare）有711家企業結束營業，導致8336人失業。

此外，許多企業開始縮小經營規模，讓成千上萬解雇員工面臨不可知的未來。

其中礦業巨頭、總部設在南非約翰尼斯堡的英帕拉白金公司（Impala Platinum）的辛巴威分公司已經解雇4000多名員工。

上述711家結束營業的企業包括330家零售業與服務業、59家貿易公司、42家營造業、32家金融業、47家畜牧業、20多家印刷業以及其他行業等。

缺乏資金、政策不穩定、基礎建設不足、勞工法的不當限制以及官僚體系機構，在在成為阻礙企業發展的重要因素。

但是政府卻堅持，經濟困境完全是源自於西方國家10多年來的經濟制裁所致。

報導引述工商部長比哈（Mike Bimha）表示，政府已經承諾改善經營環境，促使工商業早日復甦。

他說，好消息是，上述不良因素都是可控制因素，只要政府與民間攜手合作，明年會更好。1021021
