爵士音樂節首周吸30萬人潮　民怨美食太貴

  【鄭敏玲／台中報導】台中市文化局舉辦的「爵士音樂節」邁入第11年，上週六起在市民廣場與草悟道熱烈展開，異國美食餐廳與高級飯店業者看準商機，趁勢租攤進駐，光週末兩日就湧入近30萬人潮，但民眾抱怨廁所不夠用，垃圾亂丟，尤其是美食攤位的價格高得嚇人，例如美式咖啡130元、小包薯條要價100 元，德式熱狗堡150元。攤商滿腹苦水向民眾解釋文化局租金太高，成本考量只好將賣價提高，民眾痛批，「文化局哄抬租金，到最後還是民眾成了被坑的冤大頭！」

法制局主任消保官康馨壬認為，價位屬於商業經濟自由，民眾可自行選擇要不要購買，雖不違法，但租金過高並不公平，文化局表演藝術科股長錢麗芳表示，攤位租金依大小與位置規劃，9天收費大約7萬到14萬元不等，租金與去年一樣。她強調：「現場擺攤多為飯店美食，民眾應該以飯店價格來比較，不應比照夜市價格。」副局長曾能汀則表示，將會全面檢討改進，評估合理攤租。
