陳亭妃籲修法 增加私校退場誘因

教育部啟動私立大專院校退場機制，定出招不滿、評鑑差、欠薪、違法就退場四大指標。民進黨立委陳亭妃說，教育部作法消極，且無強制接管機制，經營不善私校恐持續擺爛；她呼籲教育部儘快研議是否修法讓私校土地可轉型為長照機構或其他公眾用途，增加私校主動退場誘因。

陳亭妃說，私校法規定，學校退場後財產需全部歸公，部分私校為留住土地及董事會，寧願「拖老命硬撐下去」，導致私校整併及退場機制淪為「紙上談兵」。若教育部不儘快邀集私校了解問題癥結點，修法提供轉型誘因，「私校將寧可癱瘓也不願退場」。
