特權邀約國軍樂儀隊？謝國樑澄清

對於邀請陸軍樂隊、三軍儀隊到「雞籠中元祭」上表演一事，國民黨立委謝國樑日前接受訪問時表示，今年雞籠中元祭活動籌畫之初，他便向國防部長高華柱爭取並獲得首肯，現任部長嚴明也支持此事。以往在國家重要慶典上才能看到他們表演，地點不外乎在總統府前、中正紀念堂或營區內，這次能受邀參加遊行，可說是首開先例。為此，他特地向帶隊者表達誠摯的感謝。

但謝國樑國會辦公室今天表示，此類表演「並非第一次，也不是最後一次」，在網路上隨手搜尋，就可找到很多相關資訊。國軍樂儀隊不僅曾赴花蓮、澎湖等地表演，甚至職棒開幕戰也曾邀請他們到場。雞籠中元節是一個盛大、國際性的節慶，三軍樂儀隊8月20日表演時，也正好是社會最關切「洪仲丘案」的時刻，盼藉此能拉近軍隊與民眾之間距離。

謝的幕僚表示，應地方要求促成此事，並沒有施壓或特權；謝也建議，在不妨礙勤務、不浮濫演出的原則下，國軍樂儀隊可適時參與民間活動。
