【楊逸民／台中報導】台古大戰，6局2出局後3棒陳子豪安打護送吳國豪上二壘，此時古巴游擊手法拉德茲(Moises Esquerre)把球藏在手套內，並趁吳國豪離壘，將手中藏球觸碰吳國豪，認為完成觸殺3出局，古巴防守球員開心地跑回休息區，不過加拿大籍三壘審認定他已經喊出暫停，經過4名裁判開會後，要求古巴防守球員回到場上繼續比賽，藏球計謀沒得逞。

古巴總教練賈斯提耶諾(Luis Castellanos)賽後笑說：「這是我們的秘密武器，游擊手是很穩定的球員，能掌握比賽場面，所以我才很放心讓他去表現。」比賽恢復開始後，4棒楊家維擊出右外野安打，不過球並不遠，但教練團仍指示吳國豪從二壘衝本壘，結果被觸殺在本壘前，中華隊又錯失第2次得分機會，6局結束雙方還是0比0。
