水庫淤積嚴重 百年內22水庫恐消失

台灣生態學會等環保團體今天開記者會指出，台灣水庫淤積非常嚴重，依政府水庫淤積資料分析，全國重要水庫96座，但百年內恐有22座水庫會因淤積「消失」，蓄水總容量損失達56.5%。環團批評，行政院研擬修法鬆綁水庫集水區開發行為，將更惡化水土保持，衝擊國土安全。

民進黨立委田秋堇表示，依據水利署資料，配合台灣生態學會分析預測，百年後台灣大型水庫可能只剩下翡翠水庫、日月潭水庫。目前曾文水庫淤積率已超過 35%、霧社水庫淤積率則達64.5%，水庫淤積問題嚴重。她呼籲要對國土重新總體檢，從上、中、下游找出問題根源及解決辦法。

台灣生態學會秘書長蔡智豪表示，20年內將完全淤滿水庫有六座，分別是武界壩、集集攔河堰、士林攔河堰、尖山埤、谷關、鹿寮溪。曾文、阿公店、烏山頭、石門、德基、明德等水庫則將於50年至107年後淤滿。
