台北市主計處5日指出，首購族中，女性占比高達58.4%。地價稅及房屋稅女性納稅人之比率分別為52%及50.8%，不僅高於男性，為全國各縣市之冠。

根據財政部統計，去年度台北市地價稅及房屋稅課徵戶數分別為83萬3,080戶、105萬8,970戶，其中屬女性納稅人之比率分別為52%、50.8%，不僅高於男性，亦為全國各縣市之冠，較全國平均則分別高出6.5、7.2個百分點。

再以課徵面積觀察，房屋稅男性納稅人擁有之房屋面積平均每戶為31.4坪，較女性納稅人之30.4坪大1坪。

另外，根據北市政府地政局不動產買賣實價登錄資料顯示，自去年8月1日制度開始實施至102年6月底止，北市以居住型態為主之2樓以上買賣案件中，女性所有權人比率為56.7%，較男性43.3%高13.4個百分點；首購族中，女性所占比率更高達58.4%。

女性所有權人比率超過6成的行政區為松山區，而首購族女性比率超過6成的行政區則有大安區、松山區、中山區及中正區。
