窗邊拉扯害死小王　人夫判賠396萬

【孫友廉／新北報導】一家咖啡飲料公司何姓主管跟張姓同事的妻子有婚外情，更在新北市新莊區租屋處偷歡，去年3月兩人約會，卻被張男捉姦正著，何男趁隙想從窗戶逃走，憤怒的張男向前拉扯，造成何男摔落身亡。
 
張男除被法院依過失致死罪判處8月確定，何妻和一對兒女也向張男求償513萬餘元，雖張男否認有跟何男拉扯，但新北地院基於處理警員現場目擊，且張男未通過測謊，認為張男確有過失，判須賠償396萬餘元。
 
另張妻則被法院依妨害家庭罪判刑3月，可用9萬元易科罰金確定，並須賠償何妻25萬元。
