涉敲昏酒友縱火奪命　遊民殺人罪起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市60多歲林姓遊民今年5月深夜，與友人盧姓男子疑因酒後細故爭吵，涉用鈍器打昏盧男再點燃屋內蠟燭放火，造成盧男昏迷中被嗆死。林男堅稱事發當天沒和盧男碰面，但附近超商監視器拍到兩人事發前一起去買酒，新北檢認定林男行兇，今起訴林男殺人罪嫌，最重可判死刑。

盧男住處因欠費被斷水斷電，靠點蠟燭照明，今年5月22日凌晨突失火，盧男陳屍屋內馬桶上，額頭有4公分裂傷。

警方在火場附近盤查形跡可疑的林男，發現林男頸部有長約5公分傷口，上衣左半邊都是血跡。

林男否認殺害盧男，堅稱當天都沒見到盧男，但無法解釋現場附近超商監視器怎會拍到他事發前和盧男一起買酒。鄰居並證稱，起火前曾聽見盧男住處有爭吵聲與摔東西聲響。
