　　微軟方才正式宣布，旗下次世代新主機「Xbox One」將於 11 月 22 日同步在全球 13 個地區首發，其餘地區則預定於 2014 年陸續推出。

　　微軟互動娛樂事業行銷策略副總裁尤瑟夫‧ 麥赫迪（Yusuf Mehdi）在接受訪問時表示，Xbox One 目前已經進入大規模量產階段，將於 11 月 22 日同步在澳洲、奧地利、巴西、加拿大、法國、德國、愛爾蘭、義大利、墨西哥、紐西蘭、西班牙、英國與美國等 13 個地區首發。更多地區預定於 2014 年陸續推出。在美國、歐洲與英國地區的價格分別為 499.99 美元 / 499.99 歐元 / 429.99 英鎊。

　　尤瑟夫‧ 麥赫迪同時確認，Xbox One CPU 的運作頻率將從原定的 1.6GHz 提升至 1.75GHz，帶來約 10% 的效能提升。另外先前曾公布 GPU 的運作頻率將從原定的 800MHz 提升至 853MHz，帶來約 6% 的效能提升。兩者搭配之下將能提供更多效能讓開發者將遊戲製作得更為傑出。
