外套蓋頭搶手機　男專搶網咖打怪客被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市35歲搶奪慣犯鄭姓男子今年7月間，連續在新莊區、板橋區的網咖裡，隨機挑選專注上網打怪的客人，用自己外套突然罩住對方頭臉趁機搶走桌上的手機，並以偷來的機車代步，新北地檢署今起訴鄭男5次竊盜與5次搶奪罪嫌，每次最重可判刑5年。

檢方指出，鄭男因吸毒缺錢，想出用外套蓋頭行搶的絕招，且專挑高價新款智慧型手機，每次得手就騎偷來的機車逃走。

特別的是，鄭男其中一次犯案是在早餐店，故意在被害人面前把毛巾丟到另一邊，趁被害人轉頭看毛巾落點，拿走被害人放在身旁的皮包，等被害人回神，鄭男已逃之夭夭。

檢方認為鄭男此次犯案，未對被害人施加外套蓋頭之類的強暴手段，僅起訴竊盜罪嫌。鄭男已因另案入監。
