摘要：衛福部食藥署今年7月改制後，原來的局長康照洲回到學校任教，而新署長人選等了3個多月，直到昨天晚上行政院才核定由葉明功接任。由於現在食安問題燒得正旺，所以食藥署原本還不打算對外發布訊息，可以說是最低調上任的署長。被問到要怎樣才能吃得安全呢？葉明功笑說基於健康理由，家裡已經十年沒吃油、鹽。
