藍委：台監院應彈劾懲戒合一

【大紀元2013年11月06日訊】（大紀元記者吳旻洲台灣台北報導）監察院功能備受爭議，日前監察院長王建煊更以「監察院廢之有益」來形容。國民黨立委賴士葆6日表示，監察院5年來彈劾部長「一個都沒過」，糾正案淪為作文比賽，只會累垮公務人員，若不把公務員懲戒委員會的監察權拿回來，那監察院廢掉也罷。

外界對監察院的包青天形象已漸漸破滅，這5年來沒有部長因彈劾案下台，而糾正案則淪為作文比賽，這樣的監察院，廢掉也罷；他認為，監察院應該把彈劾權與懲戒權合而為一，這樣彈劾完才能立即去職；彈劾案也應該採計名投票，讓過程透明化。

民進黨立委吳宜臻指出，監察院就是因為這樣，才會讓任期剩5個月的檢察總長黃世銘敢說「要監察院彈劾成立才下台」。◇
