【大紀元2013年11月06日訊】（大紀元記者吳旻洲台灣台北報導）檢察總長黃世銘4日於立法院接受備詢時，被錄到和特偵組代理發言人張進豐一段「要給律師的話我要過濾一遍」的對話，民進黨立委陳其邁6日痛批，黃世銘利用總長職務之便，指使特偵組檢察官串供、滅證，北檢應立刻將黃世銘收押禁見。

陳其邁指出，黃世銘在休息時間打電話要求張進豐蒐集「所有檢察官幫忙寫過關說案報告」的資料，存到黃的隨身硬碟中，由黃過濾後要給律師看。而因為主席台麥克風未關，黃又離得很近，對話便全部被錄下來。

陳其邁痛批，黃世銘利用職務之便，用電話就可以把「證據叫出來」，又與承辦關說案的檢察官見面頻繁，要串供、滅證非常方便，要求北檢應立刻羈押黃世銘。立委邱議瑩也要求立即查扣本案特偵組寫的所有報告，並要求黃世銘立刻停職。◇
