（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北四日電）空軍副司令韓更生中將今天視導臺東地區飛行部隊夜間訓練實況，要求各單位確按「程序、步驟、要領」執行飛行訓練與任務，並落實「風險管控」作為，確遵「一級督導一級」要求，先期發掘潛存危安因素，加以預防改正，避免飛安事件肇生。

　韓副司令希望各級幹部提高飛安警覺性與敏感度，落實飛航安全管理工作，並充分運用模擬機訓練，使所屬飛行人員熟悉各種危安處置程序，進而提昇心理抗壓素質，以及緊急狀況處置能力，確保飛安成效。
