淡北環評遭撤 新工處：傻眼

新北市淡北道路環評上午遭台北高等行政法院撤銷，新北市工務局新工處處長詹榮鋒表示，法院結果出乎意料之外，除了無奈還是無奈，環保署已知會工務局、交通局下周研擬是否再上訴，最後結果出爐之前「絕對不會停工」。
