【郭寶懃／台北報導】都市更新法規電子化正式上路! 內政部營建署為配合行政院電子化政府政策，積極推動都市更新法規電子化，民眾只要透過智慧型手機APP軟體和PC版網頁，就可以隨時了解目前台灣都市更新案件與法規修訂的情形。

營建署主任秘書陳肇琦表示，去年委託財團法人都市更新研究發展基金會辦理「都市更新法規電子化系統」案，蒐集中央和地方主管機關訂定的都市更新相關法令與解釋函，以智慧型手機App軟體和PC版網頁形式，免費提供民眾和都市更新相關從業人員下載，方便民眾隨時查詢法令。
