【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名就讀高職一年級的林姓少女，昨晚騎機車載著小她2歲的黃姓國中學妹，在高雄市區兜風，因車速過快，追撞上1部違停的休旅車，由於撞擊力道猛烈，2名少女當場倒地，車禍發生時，1名楊姓女騎士也遭波及摔傷。
 
警方將2名少女送醫，其中林姓少女不治，黃姓少女則肝臟破裂，另胸骨及下顎骨折，傷勢嚴重。違停的休旅車陳姓車主遭警方依過失致死罪嫌究辦。
