抽驗秋節食品　豆干逾5成不合格

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰縣衛生局今公布秋節應景食品抽驗結果，其中豆干抽驗20件就有11件不合格，超過5成，比率最高。違規內容都是殘留過氧化氫，食用過多會造成嘔吐、腹瀉等症狀，建議食用前先以開水烹煮並打開鍋蓋約2到3分鐘，或泡水5到10分鐘。

衛生局日前共抽驗99件食品，45件月餅中，有1件被驗出內餡鹹蛋黃違法添加防腐劑苯甲酸；烤肉食材香腸、丸子、黑輪、甜不辣、豬血糕等，以豆干違規比率最高。抽驗99件中有14件不合格，食品衛生科長林毓芬說依《食品衛生管理法》可處3到300萬元罰緩。
