「就業低潮將至」　下季企業徵才4年新低

【綜合報導】勞委會昨公布第4季人力需求調查，只有2成4企業要增聘人手、淨增加僱用3萬1734人，比第3季少、也比去年同期減少1成3，創近4年同期新低。

下一季人力需求最多的行業仍然是製造業有1萬8千多人，其次是金融保險業4千多人和批發零售業3千多人。勞委會分析，第4季因為百貨周年慶、陸客黃金周來台等因素，批發零售業人力需求有比較明顯的增長。不過上班族抱怨企業已開始「遇缺不補」，勞團和學者也都憂心景氣低迷、就業低潮期將至。
