國軍體能標準過嚴 家屬擬告馬虐殺

台聯立委葉津鈴7日首次召開記者會，一位李姓媽媽指控，因為馬英九總統抱怨國軍體能不佳，把3000公尺的體能標準從16分降至14分，導致他的孩子中暑、熱衰竭，在加護病房昏迷7天，他差一點失去兒子。

葉津鈴表示，台灣國軍的體能測驗標準比美國嚴格，美國3200公尺19至22歲的標準是15分54秒，台灣3000公尺的標準是14秒。她說，身為三軍統率的馬總統若不儘快調整，她不排除控告馬總統虐殺士官兵。

李媽媽指出，她的兒子民國99年6月某日下午4時，在空軍官校進行體能訓練，在最後百米衝刺，因中暑體力不支昏倒，送醫後昏迷7天，昏迷指數3；當時醫生告知，10個熱衰竭病，只有1個能救得回來，而且多數得終身洗腎，顯見台灣的標準太嚴苛了。她還說，兒子昏倒後，她才知到軍中的醫官素質太差了。

至於6月幾號昏倒送醫？李媽媽說，「詳細的日期，我還要回去再查！」

葉津鈴還說，「國人的體能比美國人還差」，但體能標準卻比美國人嚴苛，她呼籲國軍的體能標準必須依國人體質、軍種而不同，不要再讓更多意外發生。
