何江忠等人交保 洪姊心已死

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中8日電）對於軍高院合議庭仍裁定何江忠等3人交保，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，真的很無言，沒有什麼好說了，「哀莫大於心死」。

陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案中，軍高檢抗告成功，高等軍事法院自昨晚起重新召開羈押庭，就前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正及上士范佐憲進行羈押訊問庭，合議庭審理後今天仍裁定3人交保。

洪慈庸今天陪爸爸度過沒有兒子的父親節，一家人返家前聞訊，感到相當失望，洪慈庸說，她對軍法已經沒有信心，非常失望，「哀莫大於心死」。

洪慈庸指出，有眼睛的人都看得出來，相關涉案人有異常的連絡，在交保後，范佐憲也有不合理的動作，但現在家屬只能等待，看案件何時移出到一般的司法進行調查。1020808
