男子住家養10多隻狗　惡臭擾鄰遭投訴

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆1名68歲謝姓男子在家中養了10多隻狗，鄰居受不了而投訴。今天上午11時許，環保局等單位到謝男家中，謝男才勉強將狗抓到籠內交給捕狗隊，隨後將狗送至寵物銀行安置。
