深坑大樹下踹死翁　男殺人罪起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】住在新北市深坑的許姓男子（45歲），因與住附近的8旬李姓老翁相處不睦，對老翁懷恨在心，許男今年5月20日上午，在深坑老街喝酒後，走到深坑知名的大樹下，見老翁正坐在樹下和友人喝茶聊天，竟突然衝上前將老翁踹倒在地，並朝他頭部猛踹，雖在場人士緊急將老翁送醫，但老翁於1個月後，因顱內出血不治，許男因而遭控殺人。
 
檢方審酌許男自承對老翁不滿，酒後才失控殺人，再加上在場目擊者看到許男當天二話不說，對老翁猛踹，檢方認為，許男猛踹老翁頭部，有致他於死的犯意，今依殺人罪予以起訴。
