嘉義市長譴責菲國暴行

台灣漁民慘遭菲律賓武裝艦艇開槍擊殺，嘉義市長黃敏惠13日透過市長粉絲團臉書，表達嚴厲譴責，她表示，菲律賓公務船以武力掃射方式攻擊我國漁船，造成漁民死亡事件，此一海盜行徑，令人髮指，應給予嚴厲譴責，強調政府應該要求菲律賓政府負起責任，道歉、賠償並嚴懲兇手，更要進行常態武力護漁，宣示主權，防止不幸事件再次發生。同時，她也呼籲大家團結一致，做政府後盾。
