全面凍結菲勞　可能後天生效

針對菲律賓勞工部表示，如果台灣凍結菲勞申請，將為菲勞尋找替代市場，勞委會認為，台灣工作環境有沒有比他國好，菲勞自會判斷，若事無轉機，凍結菲勞將在15日上午公告後立即生效。
 
「中央社」報導，勞委會外勞管理組長陳瑞嘉表示，「如果他們（菲律賓）要尋找其他市場，環境有沒有比台灣好，他們的勞工自己會判斷」，菲勞沒辦法來台灣工作，是他們勞工的損失。
 
另外，陳瑞嘉說，這起事件若無轉機，「全面凍結菲勞引進」在周三（15日）上午公告後立即生效。
