工廠誤排液態鹼　瑪陵坑溪驚見千尾魚屍

【陳偉周／基隆報導】前天晚上7時許，民眾發現基隆市七堵瑪陵坑溪上，上千尾大、小魚翻肚暴斃，立即通報環保局到場檢驗，發現是附近福基織造公司管線破裂，液態鹼滲入溪水導致魚群暴斃，將依水汙染防制法裁罰業者6到60萬元。
  
今天下午4時許，居民又見溪水中魚屍遍野，30多位居民憤怒包圍福基織造公司，要求公司出面說明，福基織造公司派員先將魚屍撈起，目前已請相關人員搶修破裂管線。
