想了解過去傳統迎親習俗嗎？新北市政府文化局所屬國定古蹟林本源園邸，10日上午10點將舉行「2013情牽七夕 愛在林園－霞海月老來新北市七夕節慶系列活動」，文化局長林寬裕將粉墨登場飾演男方主婚人，新北市市定古蹟大觀義學張總幹事萬福、大觀幼稚園陳園長秋伶、台北霞海城隍廟陳管理人文文等都將客串演出，節目精采可期，請大家拭目以待！
文化局主任秘書于玟表示，霞海月老來新北市七夕節慶系列活動是別具意義的活動，局裡的承辦同仁也因為藉由這樣的活動而覓得良緣。指今年傳統迎親習俗情境劇，迎親場景特別拉到西門街上，迎親隊伍從林本源園邸大門口（男方家）出發，由板橋潮和社當迎親前導隊伍，一行人加上騎著馬匹的新郎，將熱鬧開心地前往迎娶新北市市定古蹟大觀義學（女方家）的新娘，讓民眾站在大街上就能看到精采的新郎騎馬向大家揮手致意、新娘出閣下轎…等橋段，最後回到國定古蹟林本源園邸來青閣拜堂。
于玟指出，本次霞海城隍廟月老出巡暨傳統迎親習俗情境劇演出活動，除感謝新北市市定古蹟大觀義學、台北霞海城隍廟的大力協助外，另為讓當天活動順利進行，從8月10日上午9點起至11點止，板橋區西門街(光華街至北門街段)、中正路一巷(中正路至西門街段)、北門街(西門街至公館街)等路段，依現場活動隊伍集結與行進之需要，實施交通管制。
另展場期間凡情侶以手機打卡表愛意者，可免費合拍紀念大頭貼，每天限量100人。8月10日、11日兩天，還有一系列的婚俗體驗與表演活動，如解籤詩、贈剪紙、花轎試乘體驗等活動，以及亦宛然與真快樂兩大掌中劇團演出七夕愛情劇碼…等。
