金磚四國成鏽鐵？OECD：表現不及美日歐

經濟合作暨發展組織(OECD)8日公佈報告指出，金磚四國(巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國大陸；BRIC)經濟成長下滑，出現令人憂慮的跡象；美英日甚至歐元區，狀況皆優於金磚國家。

CNBC報導，景氣綜合領先指標(Composite Leading Indicators, CLIs)可用於預估經濟活動的轉捩點，OECD依據此一指標作出結論，強調美國、日本、英國的CLIs均指向經濟成長趨穩；歐元區整體的CLI也持續顯示成長動能增加。相較之下，巴西、俄國、中國大陸成長動能走緩；印度的CLI則劇烈波動，當前出現正面轉變的動能，但CLI年率仍為下滑。

「新末日博士」魯比尼(Nouriel Roubini)7月22日在《Project Syndicate》發表專文指出，巴西去(2012)年的國內生產毛額(GDP)僅成長1%、今年成長率恐怕不會超過2%，俄羅斯今年成長率恐怕也僅有2-3%。除此之外，印度在2010年、2011年成長11.2%、7.7%，去年大幅趨緩至4%；大陸經濟過去30年來每年都可成長10%，但卻在去年趨緩至7.8%、且有硬著陸的風險。

不過可不是每個人都吃這一套，大陸7月進出口表現雙雙優於預期。法國農業信貸集團(Credit Agricole SA)資深經濟學家Dariusz Kowalczyk看好全球第二大經濟體，強調新數據證實他們的觀點，大陸已觸底反彈，將在下半年再次加速成長，今年內無需再擔憂大陸情勢。
