男爛醉酒醒後　控男同事脫衣捅肛不起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】1名男子去年4月27日與劉姓、王姓男同事去北市錢櫃KTV唱歌，男子因醉到不醒人事，劉、王2人因而將他帶回劉男住處休息。沒想到男子恍惚之間，感覺衣、褲被脫掉，且肛門被塞入異物，半年後控告劉、王性侵。
 
男子出庭指控，自認遭性侵後，因覺得丟臉沒有驗傷，也沒告訴其他人。劉、王則否認性侵，解釋當天帶男子回家後，因他吐得滿身都是穢物，2人才幫他換掉衣、褲，但沒拿異物塞其肛門，且男子酒醉隔天，還傳簡訊謝謝2人照顧。檢方審酌3人隔天還一起搭火車，事後也如常在原單位上班，再加上性侵證據不足，今將2男不起訴。
