悠活環評初審　環團：強姦環評法

【李卉婷／屏東報導】爭議已久的墾丁悠活度假村環評案，決議由屏東縣政府接手環評、聘請十一位委員把關，昨日展開現場勘查，並進行第一次初審會議。環保團體在勘查現場隨行，指悠活環評說明書對於生態問題避重就輕，質疑悠活全館污水排放出海，嚴重造成附近海域生態浩劫等問題，環團並痛批悠活補環評，是「根本強姦環評法！」
