【綜合報導】何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3人再度交保，對此洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，「無話可說」。

洪慈庸表示，他們3人串供的嫌疑已經很明顯了，軍高院卻還是不採用，而且軍檢採證已經慢一步，所有證據都已經被滅證，軍高院在證據不足的情況下，也只能放人。洪慈庸無奈的說：「對軍法已經失望。」
