「坦然面對案情」　何江忠等3人交保

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案3名被告，542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正、前上士范佐憲羈押庭結束。軍高院合議庭合議庭下午4時25分裁定，何江忠50萬元交保，徐信正25萬元交保，范佐憲40萬元交保候傳，三人限制住居、出海，不得與其他被告串證，並且禁止進入542旅。

軍高院認為，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3人坦然面對案情，所以裁定交保。至於范佐憲雖然交保期間有回542旅，但調查後無串供之虞，所以裁定交保。
