現代的保全早就不是刻板的抓小偷或是當保鑣而已，而是透過經驗及科技，發展出從家庭、企業保全到家庭照護、甚至是城市的防護等，中保已開發出智慧生活、智慧城市解決方案，總裁林孝信指出，目前已經接到許多大陸城市邀請合作，希望透過中保所開發的各項技術進行城鎮開發。

中保跳脫傳統保全業的刻板印象，全力衝刺新業務，慶祝成立35周年，特別在全總北中南三地舉辦「明日城市的微旅行-智慧城市特展」，展示中保產品與智慧生活、智慧城市解決方案，台北展8日登場，由總裁林孝信親自主持開幕。

林孝信指出，中興保全集團成立35周年，旗下事業跨足保全、安全監控、智慧綠建築、遠距照護、城市防災等，這些領域表面上看起來不相關，但是透過技術整合，不斷創新服務後，全部聚焦在提供人們一個安心、安全生活環境的服務。

林孝信表示，中保研發團隊開發出的相關智慧生活、智慧城市解決方案，主要朝向節能減碳、綠建築及健康照護平台發展，他進一步透露，相關的城市解決方案，也引起大陸許多城市的注意，目前已接到許多大陸城市邀請合作，希望透過中保開發的各項技術及方案，進行城市開發。 (接下一頁)
