當兵下背痛查無因 半年後脊椎滑脫性功能障礙

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】有長期下背痛問題的少年仔，當兵前記得做檢查確定沒有脊椎問題再唱從軍樂，否則恐造成一輩子遺憾！台中榮總復健科主任張幸初今天指出，曾碰過ㄧ名役男當兵前就有下背痛問題，當兵後無法跑步、做伸展操，但卻查不出病因被當裝病，半年後他因痛到無法走路就醫，才被他發現雙側腰椎到薦椎間已經嚴重滑脫裂開，脊椎壓迫掌管大小便跟性功能的神經導致受損，雖進行固定手術減輕疼痛，也取得免疫證明，卻已造成難以挽回的遺憾。
