何江忠：若與關係人聯絡願被羈押

【石明啟／桃園報導】何江忠庭訊表達，原有的手機關機不再使用，因為不想讓五四二旅知道他的聯絡方式，這是斷絕與其他關係人聯絡的最快方式，若這段期間，有人能證明他有與任何一位關係人聯絡，願被羈押。

何江忠說，他現在的休假日是例假日，若庭上願加以限制，他願意接受上級安排，現在的手機也是使用易付卡，只跟律師，家人聯絡與作戰處公務通知使用，在營內外所有行動都要對自己負責，若有違失願被羈押。
