衛生署未核定醫美收費標準遭糾正

國內醫美大餅令人垂涎，但衛生署遲未訂定醫美收費標準，致稅捐機關查無標準課稅。相對而言，國稅局追稅，可派員到豆漿店站崗，卻對收費更高、動輒上萬的醫美診所，沒能好好管；好好收稅，監院7日通過糾正衛生署與財政部。

李復甸表示，衛生署沒有核定美容醫學費用標準，一方面造成醫美費用濫收，廣告做得大、醫生有名，收費就高；但另一方面也因沒訂收費標準、國稅局沒課稅準據，收稅有限。
