騰訊斥15億港元 入股華南城

（中央社台北2014年1月15日電）亞洲市值最大網路公司騰訊控股公司 (700) 將以15億港元（1.93億美元）買華南城控股公司 (1688) 股權。

騰訊今天在電郵聲明中表示，將以每股2.2港元買華南城6億8030萬新股，相當於9.9%左右的股權。此出價比華南城13日收盤價高1.4%。華南城昨天暫停交易。

騰訊將利用華南城的物流和貿易中心網，與電子商務巨擘阿里巴巴集團競爭網購支出日漸增加的6億800萬中國大陸網路用戶。騰訊表示，也正與華南城合作，協助中小型企業的事業搬上線。

國泰君安國際控股公司分析師黎柏堅說：「騰訊可能會利用這次投資，以華南城的物流網來拓展電子商務事業。騰訊正試圖追上阿里巴巴。」

根據這份聲明，這兩家公司也將就整合線上和離線零售事業合作。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
