無照開車釀死糾紛 少年父澄清

戴姓少年開車失控翻車，造成1死6傷，傳出戴姓少年的父親不滿在「臉書」發言引起糾紛，戴父今天提出澄清。

戴姓少年與朋友1月11日晚間開父親的休旅車去竹東鎮逛夜市，之後在芎林鄉發生車禍，休旅車上的羅姓男子送醫不治。檢方尚在調查車禍原因，在網路上已發現戴姓少年的父親與網友筆戰。

網友說，戴姓少年的父親在「臉書」（facebook）上發表「難不成開車的人就不是人，明知無照駕駛還坐車，換個角度，萬一今天走掉的是你，而不是他人，那我不是得找車上每個人輸贏」等言論，引發網友不滿。

戴姓少年的父親受訪時指出，他有發表一些言論，但有些言論並非他發言，懷疑帳號被人冒用；事發後，他與兒子有去羅家上香，也曾與羅家人洽談賠償事宜，將朝和解的方向進行。
