通保法修法 羅瑩雪：不提覆議

立法院前天修改通訊保障及監察法，引起檢警調大反彈，法務部長羅瑩雪今天拍板定調，不打算向行政院提覆議案，「這是憲政問題，法務部擔當不起。」未來將視執行後窒礙難行的部分，凝聚社會共識推動修法。

羅瑩雪今下下午表示，前天通過的通保法，對法官、檢察官及警察來說「代誌大條（台語，事情大了）」。

對於檢警呼籲法務部提覆議，羅瑩雪說：「這是憲政問題，法務部擔當不起。」不打算建議行政院提覆議。因為，依憲法規定，行政院如果向立法院提覆議未過，行政院長有要為政策負責下台的風險。
