司法院長賴浩敏今天核定由最高法院法官蔡彩貞接任刑事廳長一職。

蔡彩貞為司法官訓練所第21期結業，曾任刑事廳副廳長，對刑事廳的業務十分熟悉。前刑事廳長林俊益已於去年底出任士林地方法院院長。蔡彩貞將於農曆年後正式上任，刑事廳的主要業務包括研修刑事訴訟法、推動觀審制等。
