心臟支架疑過期 遭查扣數百支

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2014年1月15日電）二家醫療器材進口商疑將過期心臟支架換新包裝並竄改保存期限，再賣出。檢調今天查扣數百支架，約談負責人等6人移送複訊。

調查局台南巿調查處日前接獲檢舉指出，二家醫療器材批發廠商，從國外進口多批心臟血管支架後，涉嫌竄改保存期限，再行販賣，賺取暴利。

辦案人員經長期蒐證發現，二家進口商疑委託另一家業者將過期支架換新包裝並竄改保存期限，再將支架賣出。

台北地檢署打擊民生犯罪專組檢察官今天指揮台南巿調查官，兵分6路搜索二家進口商位於台北、台中及高雄的營業據點等處，當場查扣數百支的支架，同時約談二家進口商的蔣姓、鮑姓負責人及證人等6人，借用調查局台北巿調查處的訊問室偵訊。

檢方表示，6人在調查局訊問後，陸續移送北檢複訊，全案朝詐欺及偽造文書罪嫌偵辦，並清查相關的過期支架來源及流向。
