最近開開 104，收到一些 HR 主動通知的職務面試電話，稍微研究了一下，幾乎都顯示 0~5 人應徵，感覺這些是萬年__缺，或是很難應徵上的? 無聊點進應徵分布資料看，某些缺還不乏多年工作經驗的去應徵。不過 HR 發信件聯絡魯蛇時並未透過 104 的系統，可見 104 統計的應徵資料不太準。這些 HR 主動聯絡的職缺究竟適合不適合去談看看呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.20.35
