【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄市政府環保局上周稽查位於橋頭區之牧場，查獲祥益牧業偷排廢水，昨（8）日深夜再度聯合稽查，查獲燁生牧場繞流排放廢水，將依水汙法裁處6萬元以上60萬元以下罰鍰元。
