民眾聚餐遭突襲　一人遭信號彈灼傷

【李銘宏／台北報導】新北市板橋區光武街，昨天深夜10時許，發生一起群毆事件，一群民眾在羊肉爐店內聚餐，卻突遭不明人士衝進店內毆打，雙方在店門口大打出手，還有人遭信號彈燒傷後腰，所幸傷者無大礙，由於事後雙方大多逃離現場，警方目前正深入追查中。

該家羊肉爐店老闆表示，當時他在店門口切肉，並未注意到當時發生什麼事，只知道當時店內兩桌客人都正常用餐，門口一部轎車上突然下來一群人，進到店內後就對著其中一桌客人出手，雙方在店門口發生衝突，其中一方還拿出信號槍射擊，他還沒搞清楚狀況，雙方隨即一哄而散。

警方表示，當時有1名20多歲許姓男子遭人打傷額頭並遭信號彈灼傷後腰，但許男不願警方介入，也不願就醫，在救護人員簡單包紮後，他就離開現場了，警方在打架現場找到一隻鋁棒及優利膠棒，疑似雙方打架時所留下，警方已查扣這兩支棍棒，並將深入調查。
