降級處分 柯文哲不申請再審議

台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，因愛滋器捐案遭公懲會懲戒，柯妻陳佩琪嚴厲指控台大醫院串供造假；柯文哲表示，「唉，算了吧，這件案子就到此為止。」

陳佩琪表示，希望與台大醫院公開對質，也不排除對前台大醫院院長陳明豐等人提告。

柯文哲表示，「不用對質、也不用提告，這件事情就留給歷史反省。」同時，他也表示，不會對降級處分申請再審議，一切順其自然。
