公司仁寶華碩地點內湖關渡職務 NB PJE NB RDPM 工時 10~12 >12 薪水 N N+5 交通 ================都要租屋=================== 福利年薪14.1個月+分紅 16~20個月加班有加班費 NO 出差 ================都要出差=================== 在阿寶一年多主管強力慰留用了明年底promote以及明年初有個續才計畫(給簽約金)希望我繼續留下來而且年底可以領到分紅..(雖然據說滿慘，但也是一筆錢) promote後薪水當然增加不少但還是PJE 距離PM還是一樣搖不可及(因為阿寶PM都是主管職) 少說也要再四年"才有機會"升PM...(算最快的了) 部門優秀的PJE幹5年了還沒機會升若以5年作為一個階段(假設我能在華碩待4年) 哪種情況對於日後發展較有利?(不論是待在原公司或是跳更好的) A. 1年阿寶PJE + 4年華碩PM B. 5年阿寶PJE -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.112.129
