餐廳名稱：黑肉麵消費時間：2013年/8月地址：南投縣魚池鄉魚池街549號電話：049-2897497 圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/67750855 至日月潭閒散的晚餐時間，原猶豫是否該在水社碼頭一帶覓食，想想決定改至魚池街上探險。魚池街上有不少被介紹的店家，挑了黑肉麵先嚐試。周五晚上店內客潮不算多。聽說排骨飯是推薦品，其它則隨機亂點一通。排骨飯　65元　雞腿飯　70元　滷爌肉　30元　金針排骨湯　30元　　排骨飯有四樣配菜，不過當中有兩樣屬自己總列為無誠意配菜的豆干和菜脯。配菜滋味鹹淡適中。　　炸排骨醃過而足味，加上外酥內紮實，表現的確很好。相形下炸雞腿便略為遜色，或因雞腿要確定熟度而做了切口，結果雞汁保留的程度便顯不足。　　滷爌肉乍看有點空虛，吃來也是如此。肥的部份不入味而膩口，瘦的部份則硬梆梆，完全不推薦。　　金針排骨湯的湯底鮮美中帶了金針獨有的微酸清爽，排骨也易啃不柴。　　帶了些期待來到黑肉麵，可惜炸排骨雖亮眼，但還不至到極品地步，且其它餐點也無突出處，倒是後來才知道香菇蒸蛋是推薦品，惜已未及嚐試。下次或該來試試一旁的阿寶牛肉麵。延伸閱讀：南投魚池．向山遊客中心（所長茶葉蛋） http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/67746376 -- 上弦月天邊眺望黃嘴角鴞林間低唱嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放潺潺流水山谷空響怡然桶後林道旁沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.160.199 ※ 編輯: larle 來自: 112.104.160.199 (08/21 21:29)
